Real Estate Brokers International (REBI) was started in 1997 by Dorel Cioara. who realized there was a strong need for a Company of dedicated Real Estate Professionals.  All the agents currently working for Real Estate Brokers International exhibit honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic.  These men and women are known for consistently going above and beyond for the sake of their clients. REBI has grown to 32 agents throughout the valley.  Although we are small in number, our agents are living examples of the mission Dorel envisioned when he started the company almost a decade ago.   Spencer Rosas realty team is proud to be associated with Real Estate Brokers International whose principles and high standards are welcomed in an extremely competitive market.  Our Team has lived in the valley a combined total of 70 years.
